Riverfest Community Fair on June 7, 2025 was a sweet success!
What a joyful day of gratitude, celebration, and community! Hosted in collaboration with Western Slope Conservation Center, Colorado Farm & Food Alliance and The Learning Council, Riverfest brought the celebration to the banks of the North Fork of the Gunnison River.
We were treated to beautiful live music from Hard Pressed, Jazzberry, and Mojo Birds, plus delicious food and refreshing drinks that kept everyone nourished and lively.
This festival was a celebration of everything we have to be grateful for in this incredible valley we call home. One of the biggest things to be thankful for? Our incredible volunteers! From the crew who raised the big tents on Friday, to the team at Delicious Orchards who rocked the drink station, to the generous breweries and wineries who helped quench our thirst. Thank you for showing up and keeping the good vibes flowing.
A special shoutout to our fun-loving local celebs who braved the dunk tank and brought the laughs: Kathy Schwartz, Stefen Wynn, Jeff Schwartz, and Merrily Talbott. You made a splash and we loved every minute of it!
Living in this vibrant watershed beneficially impacts our lives and connects us to so much: thriving agriculture, endless recreation and gives us a joyful approach to life. Celebrating the river and all the sweetness of life here in the North Fork Valley was pure joy.
